Role & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Leading recruitment of new talent. The candidate must have experience in this area and have experience in recruiting talent in different countries
• Ensuring the setup and onboarding of new staff, including helping set up EORs for internationally located staff
• Putting in place robust career development frameworks and review process for staff
• Ensuring continuous training and development of staff
• Handling general HR issues (note we do have an specialist HR consulting firm that provides support)

Personal Attributes and Experience

The ideal candidate, as well as having proven capabilities to fulfil the above roles and responsibilities, should have a can-do attitude, be proactive and take ownership of tasks, and should be self-driven and able to formulate annual HR activity plans.

The HR executive will work as part of international team directly reporting into the head of Finance and Administration.

The ideal location is our head office location in Belfast, Northern Ireland. We will accept applications from other parts of the UK. We will not accept applications who do not already have the right to work in these countries.

We are looking for dynamic and ambitious applicants and require a minimum of 2 years of HR and talent acquisition experience.
